Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@loveliabeautique.com with the following:

-          Order number

-          Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

-          Brief description of the issue

 

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue either a replacement or store credit for the affected item.

Important Information

-          Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted

-          Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible for replacement or credit

-          Refunds are not offered

-          Shipping fees are non-refundable
